Palm Bay, Florida - Wendy A. Manion, 60, passed away unexpectantly at her home in Palm Bay, Fla., on Sunday, Aug. 31, 2025.

She was born April 12, 1965, in Plattsburgh, N.Y., to Mirza J. Tobias III and the late Eunice (Mooney) Tobias.

She grew up in the Peru area and graduated from Peru Central School. She also graduated from Orange County Community College with a degree in dental hygiene. She was licensed to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.

She married Frank Manion on May 19, 1990, at the Old Base Chapel in Plattsburgh.

Wendy's kind and sweet personality was in her beautiful smile and the hand crafts she created, many given as gifts to family and friends including embroidery, paintings, stained glass and so many more talents.

She is survived by her husband, Frank, her father, Mirza "Toby" Tobias III, siblings Tammy Moran, Carol (Frank) Brohal, Carrie Lee (Rick) Young, Tracey (Randy) McAdam and Todd (JoAnne) Gardner; her stepmother, Susan McGibbon Tobias; sister-in-law, Francine Manion; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cremation took place in Florida. A Celebration of Life will be held at her home on September 20th.
