Wanda L. LaDuke Obituary

Wanda L. LaDuke, 77, of the O'Neil Road, passed away unexpectedly Thursday Sept. 8, 2022, at her home. She was born in Plattsburgh on Nov. 3, 1944, daughter of the late Ezra and Delia (King) LaPorte.

Wanda was a loving wife, mother and a proud grandmother. She enjoyed the casinos and Bingo and loved cousin's day!!

Wanda is survived by her husband, Sheridan LaDuke Sr., son Sheridan LaDuke Jr. (Tina) of Morrisonville, and daughter Cheryl Palmer (Mike) Shelburne, Vt.; one brother, Gene Laporte (Claire); grandchildren: Amanda Bloomingdale (Nick and Connor), Andrew LaDuke (Kristen, Jaxson and Nova) and Veronica LaDuke. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Stephen LaDuke, brother Michael Laporte and sister Elaine Laporte.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022, at Heald Funeral Home, 48 Court Street, Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 7. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
