Cheyenne, WY - Born in Summit, N.J., Tim had a lifelong love of the Lake Champlain region, where he spent childhood summers and later returned with his wife, Rita. An avid railroad enthusiast, fisherman and student of early American history, Tim was active in local historical organizations during his summers on the lake. He retired from the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality after a long career in mining reclamation. Tim is survived by Rita and their extended family.
