Thomas St. Clair, 69, of Timberline Drive, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Feb. 19, 2024. He was born in Plattsburgh on Sept. 11, 1954, son of Howard and Marion (Raymond) St. Clair. Visitation will be held on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m. from St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville. Burial will take place at a later date in St. Alexander's Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh, N.Y.
