Thomas Howard, 74, of Morrisonville, passed away Feb. 21, 2024. He was born on May 2, 1949, son of Thomas and Margaret (Wood) Howard. Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 23rd, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 12 p.m. in St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
