Ronald Lee Kingsbury
Ronald "Lee" Kingsbury, 84,
of Mooers, passed away Nov. 11, 2019.
He was born Jan. 19, 1935, to Ronald D. and Florence (Gibson) Kingsbury. He was known as "Lee." Lee was quite the joker to his friends and family. He liked farming and horses. His favorite thing was snowmobiling. He loved to go to Richfield Springs to snowmobile in the 70's with friends and family, and later to Canada from the 1980's to 2000's. His favorite
snowmobile was his 1978 Polaris TXL.
He was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Marilynn Carpenter Kingsbury and his nephew, Brian Todd Kingsbury.
Left to cherish memories of Lee are his son, Scott C. Kingsbury and grandson, Tyler Kingsbury; his sister, Joan Klem and her husband Robert; his brother, Gary Kingsbury and his wife Gail; Steven and Sally Klem, Jeff and Cheryl Kingsbury, Danny Kingsbury, Kara Kingsbury and
their children.
His services will be private and held at a later date. Friends and family will be notified in advance.

I'm so sorry to hear of Mr. Kingsbury's passing. I have fond memories of him as my driver's education instructor in the early 1980's. I live in Georgia now and we have lots of ice storms. I pride myself on being the only person in the entire state who knows how to properly steer themselves out of a skid on the ice!! Seriously, he was a great teacher who seemed to really enjoy doing what he did. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this tough time. He is remembered with great fondness. 💕

Lots of happy times with both Lee and Marilynn. I want to think of them snowmobiling over the clouds in heaven!

Scott and family our thoughts and prayers are with you. He was a kind, thoughtful and funny man. Many many kids are safer drivers today due to him.Our kids would come home and say "guess what we learned in drivers ed" (after mom and dad had already mentioned the very same thing countless times before). Deepest sympathies to all your family from ours.
