Richard Baer, 89, of Gilliland Lane, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022, surrounded by his family. Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Church of the Nazarene in Plattsburgh. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m., followed by a reception in the church Fellowship Hall. Burial will be in Port Douglas Cemetery.
