Patricia J. Pepin
Patricia Pepin, 79, of Rouses Point, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020, at her home under the care of her loving family and Hospice of the North Country.
She was born in Plattsburgh on Aug. 19, 1940, the daughter of Albert and Mae (Phaneuf) Filion.
Patricia graduated from St. Mary's Academy, Class of 1958. She retired from Wyeth Laboratories after 28 years. Patricia enjoyed camping with her family, especially at the family site, Rivers Edge. She also loved her trips to the casinos, making lap robes for nursing homes and her time in the kitchen filling the many requests for her famous "apple pie" and "michigans."
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brothers and their spouses, Joseph "George" and Dora Filion, Harvey and June Filion; brothers-in-law, Henry Pepin, Charles St. John, and Harold Hyde; and nephews, Jeff Filion and Ricky Hyde.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years and the love of her life, Howard Pepin; daughters, Donna Pepin and Sheila Coupal; son-in law, Manny Coupal; grandsons, Phillip and Matthew Coupal, who she loved will all her heart; "granddog," Maddy; siblings, Doris (David) Valenze, Douglas (Bonnie) Filion, and Gary (Carol) Filion; sisters-in-law, Betty (Leward) Lucia, Shirley Hyde, and Joan St. John; and brother-in-law, Kenneth (Vicki) Pepin; she is also survived by many nieces and nephews including niece and godchild, Leeanne Valenze.
A Mass of Christian burial and Celebration of Life will be celebrated in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Patricia J. Pepin may be made to Northern Housing Activities Fund, P.O. Box 597, Champlain NY 12919 or Elmore SPCA, 556 Telegraph Road, Peru NY 12972.

Pat was a wonderful lady! We bowled on the same Ayerst Ladies bowling league team for many years. State Tournaments were always a hoot. Pat was a lady through and through.
