Oswald J. Carter, 83, of Bressette Road, Saranac, passed away on Monday, Jan. 23, 2023. He was born in Troy, N.Y., on Oct. 12, 1939, the son of Edmund Carter and Dorothy Marguerite Collins. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 12 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Church of the Assumption in Redford. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
