Norman J. LaRoche, 77, of Champlain, N.Y., passed away Sept. 28, 2023. A Mass in celebration of his life will be held at St. Joseph's Church (unheated) in Coopersville at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 7th, with a reception to follow at the American Legion in Rouses Point.
