Mary E. Patnode, 91, of Rabideau Street, Cadyville, N.Y. passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025 at the Meadowbrook Healthcare in Plattsburgh. She was born on Nov. 12, 1933, the daughter of Walter and Maybelle (Jock) Drollette.
Mary married Raymond Patnode in 1955 and raised their family in Cadyville. She worked at Diamond International before becoming the secretary at Mount Assumption Institute in Plattsburgh.
Mary was predeceased by her husband, her parents, a son Walter Patnode and two sisters: Kathryn Howard and Helen Jessey.
She is survived by her children; Michael Patnode and his wife Tracie of N.C. and Betty Ann Rabdieau of Morrisonville, N.Y. five grandchildren; Holly Lyn (Daniel) Hodge, Jeremy Rabideau, Kyle Rabideau, Michael Patnode and Elizabeth Patnode, three great grandchildren; Parker, Bailey and Maxwell, a great great grandson; Jett, several nieces and nephews also survive her.
Calling hours will be held Thursday April 10, 2025 from 10:00 to Noon at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at Noon, burial will be at Ingraham Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
