Luella A. Germain, 82, formerly of Altona, passed away Sept. 17, 2023. She was born June 11, 1941, daughter of William and Ethel Carter. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 22nd, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 6 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. A graveside service will take place on Saturday at 11 a.m. in St. Louis of France Cemetery in Sciota. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh, N.Y.
