Lisa Ann Dashnaw, 57, of the Reservoir Road, Peru, was taken tragically and senselessly, from her loved ones and friends.
She was born in Plattsburgh, June 20, 1966, the daughter of John Edward Dashnaw Jr. and Rita Ann Bell. She grew up on the Dashnaw Road in Peru and graduated from Peru High School in 1984.
Lisa worked at CVPH for 25 years as a Dietary Nutritionist.
She very much enjoyed flower gardening and music but her true love was her family, especially time with her grandchildren.
Left to cherish the memory of Lisa are, her three children, Heather Young, Tiffany Breyette, and Dezerea Dashnaw; grandchildren, Connor, Kennedy, Gerald, Colby, Hunter, Khloe, Zoe, Noah, Allison, and Viola; her mother, Rita Bell (Ralph Burnah); her father, John (Dorinda "Drip") Dashnaw; sister, Tami (Rocky) Dashnaw Wood; brother, Dion Dashnaw (Tina Ballard); several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, June 23, 2024, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the American Legion Post 1619, 219 Rand Hill Road, Morrisonville, NY 12962. All are welcome.
Donations in her memory may be made to Parkinson's disease, in honor of her father.
