Hunter C. LaBombard, 25, of LaFrancis Road, passed away unexpectedly on Jan. 17th, 2023, following an accident.

He was born in Plattsburgh on Oct. 25th, 1997, son of Christopher and Debbie (Danussi) LaBombard. Hunter graduated from Northern Adirondack Central School and went to attend Paul Smiths College graduating with a degree in fisheries and wildlife, and then to US Border Patrol Academy.

He was currently working as a Border Patrol Agent for U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Burke, N.Y. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling and snowmobiling. He loved spending time on his property with his wife and dog, operating heavy equipment with his dad, and especially caring for his family.

He was predeceased by his aunt Patti Trombley, and great-uncles Morris and Irving Monette.

Survivors include his loving wife Zoe whom he married on May 11th, 2020; beloved dog Ruby girl; his soon to be born daughter Sage Evelyn LaBombard; his parents Christopher and Debbie LaBombard; sister Kaleigh and brother-in-law Tyler Bridge; nephew Beau Christopher Bridge; mother and father-in-law Brandy and Robert Plant; brother-in-law Dale (Hannah) Plant; maternal grandparents Steve and Betty Danussi; paternal grandparents Roger and Joyce LaBombard; uncle Steve (Sherrill) Danussi, aunt Julie (Roger) Perry, uncle Roger (Donna) LaBombard; and several cousins, great-aunts and uncles.

Services were private and held at the convenience of the family.
