Port St. Lucie, Florida - Glen F. Ashley, 83, peacefully passed away Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2025, at his home after years of heart issues.

Glen was born on March 10, 1942, in Massena, the son of the late Glenn W. and Frances (Kirkey) Ashley. He graduated from Massena Central High School in 1960 and was proudly installed in the school's Hall of Fame in 2006. Following his graduation, he served for three years in the U.S. Army. He continued his education at LaSalle University in Chicago, achieving a Degree in Finance and Accounting. Glen retired after 30 years as a District Executive and Vice President of Marine Midland/HSBC Banks. Glen's most treasured gifts are his Faith in God and family.

Glen is predeceased by his son, Glen Robert and survived by his wife of nearly 63 years, Jane (Strakos); his daughters, Jane Elizabeth, Susan Marie (Drown), and Karen Elizabeth (Lawliss); three granddaughters, three grandsons, and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Lucie's Catholic Church, Port Saint Lucie, 280 SW Prima Vista Blvd, Port Saint Lucie, Fla., (www.stlucie.cc) on September 4th at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Massena, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the less fortunate in your community.
