Geraldine Garrand, 95, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023, at Plattsburgh Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was born in Mooers, N.Y., on Jan. 14, 1928, daughter of Robert and Julia (Sharrow) Morrison. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2023, at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 7th, at 2 p.m. at St. Ann's Church in Mooers Forks. Entombment will follow at the Town of Ellenburg Mausoleum in Ellenburg Depot.
