Plattsburgh, New York - Donald P. Treanor, 84, of Kennedy Avenue, passed away on Nov. 6, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born in Saranac Lake on July 15, 1941, the son of Donald and Charlotte (Sees) Treanor.
Donald attended Christian Brothers Academy in Albany.
He served in the United States Navy from 1960-1964.
Donald married the former Storm Henry on Nov. 27, 1965, in Albany, N.Y. He was employed by Anesthesia Associates in Plattsburgh as a nurse anesthetist.
Donald enjoyed fishing, hunting and reading.
Survivors include his wife, Storm Treanor; son, Christopher (Jacqueline) Treanor; daughter, Catherine (Mark) Piersimoni and grandchildren, Owen and Aidan Treanor.
There will be no public calling hours or funeral services.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the North Country or The CVPH Foundation.
