Carey Liss, 67, of Wallace Hill Road in Plattsburgh, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023, at his home. He was born in Chicago on March 8, 1955, son of the late Abraham and Shirley (Winternitz) Liss. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, 2023, at Temple Beth Israel Cemetery in Plattsburgh. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heald Funeral Home, 48 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
