Betty P. Myatt, 92, of Altona, N.Y., passed away peacefully on Dec. 19, 2024, at CVPH Medical Center. Betty was born in Altona, N.Y., to Richard and Pearl (LaFountain) Duprey on Sept. 28, 1932.

She worked for Clinton County Nursing Home for 19 years; she enjoyed gardening and spending time with friends.

Betty cherished her family. She spent most of her time making sure that the ones she loved were well taken care of.

Betty is survived by her sister Phyllis, her son, Danny Myatt of Sciota, N.Y., her son-in-law Victor (Wanda) Carron of Plattsburgh, N.Y.;

her grandchildren, Lisa Russell, Jason (Joyce) Carron and Tracy (Jerry) Bonneville; her great-grandchildren, Brittany Barcomb, Justin Lucia, Jason Carron Jr., and Ryan Carron; and her great-great-grandchildren, Dominic Lucia and Milo Barcomb and many nieces and nephews. Betty is predeceased by her parents, her siblings Donald, Arnold, Arthur, and Shirley, her beloved husband, Morris Myatt, and her children Cindy Myatt, Roy Myatt, Wanda (Victor) Carron, and Robin Cavender.

Betty will be missed deeply by her loved ones. We would like to extend our special thanks to Meadowbrook Nursing Home for all the special care they extended to our Nanny.
