Rouses Point, NY - Bessie Drasco, 88, passed away Friday, June 12, 2026, at Meadowbrook Health Care Facility. She was born in Plattsburgh, N.Y., on June 30th, 1937, the daughter of Victor and Mable (St. Louis) Latour. She devoted her life to her children and her grandchildren. Bessie was predeceased by her husband, Donald Drasco and her parents. She is survived by her sister, Genevive Corrow, her children Lois (Rick) Reome, Susan Lyon and her fiance John Tourangeau; her grandchildren, Sarah Reome, Matthew (Anna) Reome, Amanda (Geoff) Blaise and Keith Lyon; seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, a special "granddaughter" Robin Bickabaugh; and a wonderful friend Angie Robert.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, June 17, 2026, 4 to 7 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, N.Y. Interment will be with her husband and parents at St. Peter's Cemetery on Thursday, June 18th, at 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Elmore SPCA, 556 Telegraph Road, Peru, NY 12972. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home.
