Barbara McDonald Obituary

Because of her strong faith and love for God, He opened His doors to welcome Barbara McDonald at the age of 72.

Barbara was born on Aug. 4, 1951, the daughter of Floyd and Bertha Forett.

She married Arthur McDonald on July 11, 1970.

Those left to cherish her memories are their children, Melissa McDonald, Mark McDonald (Monica Guerin) and their children, who were Barb's pride and joy, Dalton, Carson, Branson, and Hudson.

Barbara is also survived by her loving mother, who took great care of her, Bertha Forett; sisters, Joyce Gonyea (Steve), Joan Hobbs (Robert), Janet Manor (Mike), and Lisa Murphy (Dave); and several nieces and nephews.

Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Arthur; father, Floyd Forett; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Howard and Rita McDonald.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 6th from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Rabideau Funeral Home.

A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 12 p.m. in St. Edmund's Church, Ellenburg.

Donations in Barbara's memory may be made to the Ellenburg Center Fire Department or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
