Arthur "Butch" J. Bourdeau, 90, of Plattsburgh, N.Y. passed away on Monday Feb. 24, 2025 at his daughters home in Naples, FL. He was born in Plattsburgh on Feb. 2, 1935 , the son of Harry and Eva (Golden) Bourdeau.

Butch was a Plumber and Pipefitter for the Union for 41 years. He always enjoyed being around people and was known for pulling pranks. He enjoyed going to church and was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church.

He was predeceased by his wife Marion in 2022. Also his parents, a brother Harry Bourdeau Jr. who was killed in action during the Korean Conflict. Several sisters; Mary Beauharnois, Geraldine Borek, Muriel Duquette, Norma Jean Bousquet, Beulah Bird and Sandra Baker.

Butch is survived by two daughters; Jody (Mike) Fountain and Penny (Derek) Baum, three grandchildren; Tyler, Mikayla and Torey and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday March 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory Church in Plattsburgh. Inurnment will follow at St. Peter's Columbarium.
