Sharron E. Cobb, 69, of the Clintonville Road, Peru, passed away on Friday, Sept. 29, 2017, at her home under the loving care of her family and Hospice of the North Country.
She was born in Plattsburgh on Feb. 8, 1948, the daughter of Edward and Lucille (Young) Gordon.
Sharron loved coloring, gardening, jigsaw puzzles, and visiting with her family and friends.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Edward D. Cobb and daughter-in-law, Theresa (Pierce) Cobb; daughter, Corina L. (Cobb) Clark and son-in-law, William O. Clark; four grandchildren, Austin P. Cobb, Richard A. Pierce and wife, Mildred Springer-Pierce, John R. Nastasia Jr., and Michael A. Nastasia; brother, Dale E. Gordon and sister-in-law, Peg Gordon; sister, Sheila A. (Gordon) Ashline and brother-in-law, Bernie Ashline; sister-in-law, Dorothea Chase; and her nieces and nephews as well as many adopted children.
In addition to her parents, Sharron was predeceased by her husband, Bill Cobb; infant brother, Thomas Gordon; and brother-in-law, Rubert Chase.
Relatives and friends are invited to call from 5 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017, at the Hamilton Funeral Home, 124 Clinton Street, Keeseville. A funeral service will follow at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel, 124 Clinton Street, Keeseville, at 6 p.m. with the Rev. Edie Poland, presiding.
