Ryon A. Duquette Jr., 64 of South Junction Road, Plattsburgh, N.Y., passed away Friday, Feb, 24, 2017, at the CVPH Medical Center with his loving family by his side. He was born in Chandler, Ariz., on Jan. 4, 1953, the son of Ryon A. and Diane (Beaudet) Duquette Sr. Ryon worked at Imperial Wall Covering for 25-plus years and later as an Electric Pro at Lowe's in South Burlington. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, hunting and fishing.
Ryon was predeceased by his parents, Ryon and Dina Duquette Sr., a sister, Mary Catherine Duquette, two uncles, Kenneth and Basil Duquette.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Beverly (Trombly) Duquette of Plattsburgh, one son, Chris "Chefy" Duquette of Plattsburgh, three brothers, Mark Duquette of Brasher, N.Y., Thomas Duquette and his wife Jane of Gulf Port, Fla., Todd Duquette and his wife Kathy of Peru; two uncles, Rodney Duquette and his wife Sandy of North Carolina, Gary Duquette of Plattsburgh, his aunt, Elaine Shaefer of Syracuse; several nieces, nephews and a brother-in-law, William Trombly and his wife Judy of Sebring, Fla.
Calling hours will be from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, N.Y.
Interment will be at a later date at St. Peter's Cemetery.
