Mary Reinke Girgenti, 87, of Albany and Plattsburgh, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at CVPH Medical Center, Plattsburgh.
Born and raised in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Catherine Frederick Reinke.

Survivors include her children, Gloria (James) McIntosh of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and Chestertown, N.Y., Rosemary (the late Frank) Palmeri of Loudonville, N.Y., Lorraine (Nelson) Girgenti-Rock of Cadyville, N.Y., Nicholas Girgenti Jr., of Albany, N.Y.; her brother-in-law, Joseph Girgenti of Colonie; seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, several step grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A very special thank you to those who provided such compassionate care, the Rock family, the Caregivers Resource Center, North Country Home Services, Clinton County Nursing Home, and the medical staff at CVPH.
