Margaret E. "Peg" Rock, 87, formerly of Route 9 South, Keeseville, and more recently Meadowbrook Health Center died Thursday, May 4, 2017, at the UVM Health Network CVPH, Plattsburgh.
She was born in Keeseville, Jan. 11, 1930, the daughter of Fred and Cleora (Signor) Fleury.
Though she had many jobs throughout her lifetime, there was nothing more important than her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Richard "Dick" Rock, her daughters and spouses, Dianne and Mike Lynch, of Morrisonville, Deborah "Sam" and Dan Witherwax of Peru, Donna and Phil Pray of Keeseville, Holly and Henry Coolidge of Jay, Kelly and Jon Chew of West Chazy and one son, Michael and and his wife Laureen Rock of Keeseville, 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, her brother, John, and her grandson Scott Pray.
There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 9th, at St. John's Church in Keeseville, N.Y., with a reception to follow at the Keeseville Elks Lodge.
Donations can be made in her memory to the Keeseville Rescue Squad or the American Red Cross.
