Karrie A. Williams, 46, of Hickory Street, Plattsburgh, N.Y., passed away on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017. She was born in Plattsburgh, N.Y., on Jan. 6, 1971, the daughter of Norman St. Clair and Kathleen Stanton.
Karrie grew up in Plattsburgh and graduated from Beekmantown Central School in 1989 and later attended Clinton Community College. She worked in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., for several years before moving back to Plattsburgh. Karrie enjoyed watching sports, traveling, needle point and was a friend to all who knew her.
She was predeceased by her grandparents and an aunt, Sandra Deveau.
Karrie is survived by her husband, Charles Williams Sr., a son, Charles Williams Jr., both of Hyde Park, N.Y., her father, Norman St. Clair of Plattsburgh, her mother, Kathleen Whitbeck and stepfather Dave of Highland, N.Y., a sister, Katrina St. Clair of Highland, N.Y., several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive her.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2017, at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel; burial will be follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
