James R. Cicarelli II, 68, of Cheyenne, died on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Cheyenne.
He was born on Nov. 3, 1948, in San Francisco, Calif., and had lived here since 2012.
Mr. Cicarelli served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and retired as the UPRR Director of Locomotive Management. He was an active volunteer at the VA Hospital and enjoyed hunting, the outdoors, and outdoor health and fitness.
He is survived by a daughter, Jessica Jessen of Cheyenne; two sons, Jed Cicarelli (Jaela) and Jon Cicarelli, both of Cheyenne; two sisters, Barbara Barrett and Cathy Messier, both of Albuquerque, N.M.; and six grandchildren, Collin and Cameron Jessen, Gavin Cicarelli, Caitlin Jessen, and Avery and Audry Cicarelli.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
