Donna M. Bodette, 60, of the Bradford Road, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017, at CVPH Medical Center.
She was born in Plattsburgh on March 23, 1957, the daughter of Kenneth and Marian (Porter) King.
Donna was a registered nurse at CVPH Medical Center for 40 years and her last five years were spent at the FitzPatrick Cancer Center. She was a member of the Morrisonville EMS Rescue Squad.
Donna enjoyed riding her Harley Davidson, taking care of her garden, and taking care of the people around her.
Survivors include, her mother, Marian King of Beekmantown; a son, Chad Bodette of Orlando, Fla.; three daughters, Shannon Bodette of Plattsburgh, Kimberly Bodette of Orlando, Fla., Ashley Hayes of Morrisonville; a brother and sister-in-law, Leon and Robyn King; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Wanda Knutelsky, Elaine and William Stewart, Kathy Marshall; grandchildren, Keelan Fields, Keenan Fields, Kaydence Moore, Anthony Bodette, Jonathan Bodette, Shaylah Bodette, Joseph Bodette, Shaquan Bodette Laylah Bodette, Cheyanne Hayes; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Donna was predeceased by her father, Kenneth King, her husband, Donald Bodette and a nephew, Joshua King.
Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017, at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, followed by funeral services at noon in the funeral home chapel.
Donations may be made to the family to be distributed to a charity of their choice.
