William J. "Billy" Rhinehart, 60, of Morrisonville, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018, at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh, N.Y., on Aug. 24, 1957.
Billy served his country in the United States Navy. Following his service, he worked for the Plattsburgh Department of Public Works and always enjoyed his time with his coworkers. Billy was an avid sports fan, specifically the NY Rangers. He loved to spend time with his friends and family, enjoying a beverage with those he loved with his best friend and dog, Ranger.
He was predeceased by his mother, Linda Black, and his sister, Heather Montbriand.
He is survived by his siblings, Lonnie Powers of Massachusetts, Suzanne Alger of Plattsburgh, Michael Rhinehart of Morrisonville, Connie DeForge of Pennsylvania, Eunice Deyo of West Chazy, and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, March 13, 2018, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at a later date at St. Peter's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
