Vera's Story

Vera Viera, 67, died unexpectedly while residing at Essex Center. She was born in Plattsburgh on May 21, 1950, the daughter of Charles Sr. and Winifred (Taylor) Nolan.
She is survived by her two daughters, Shannon and her husband Spike Loreman of Keeseville and Jody and her husband Norman Jacques of New Bedford, Mass., three brothers, Charles Nolan Jr., Ricky and his wife Susan Nolan, Phillip and his wife Sandra Nolan and the sisters, Kelly Schier, Patrica and her husband John Sawyer, and Judy Nolan; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her parents, her brother, Arthur Nolan and sister, Carol (Nolan) Betters.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, at Thwaits Zaumetzer Funeral Home in Ausable Forks
