Stephen Rene Garceau, 44, of Champlain, N.Y., passed away unexpectedly while changing his tractor trailer tire in Ashland, Ohio, on Aug. 22, 2017.

His passion was going on adventures with friends on his Harley Davidson.
Growing up, Stephen loved working alongside his father with their family business, Garceau Excavation. Stephen was a master equipment operator. He also worked many years at his family's Sunoco business. While home, Stephen enjoyed working with his beloved brother, Ricky at Garceau's Auto Sales.
Stephen is survived by his and Hope Golden's loving son, Cameron Garceau of West Chazy. He is also survived by his companion, Nicole Trombley of Champlain, N.Y.; one brother, Ricky Garceau and his wife Carol of Champlain, N.Y.; their children, Jennifer Guay and her husband, Danny of Rouses Point, N.Y., Brandon Garceau and Joshua Garceau of Plattsburgh, N.Y.; one sister, Linda Bond and her husband, Rocky of Champlain, N.Y.; Rocky was like a brother to him; their children, Gena Lagree and her husband Kenny of Fillmore, Calif., Cassandra Dragoon and her husband Ben of Altona, N.Y.; God daughter, Courtney Bond and her fiance Cody Trombley of Mooers, N.Y. Stephen is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews who he adored.
