Sandra L. Blaise, 67, of Ausable Street in Keeseville, died on Saturday, March 30, 2019, at the UVM Health Network, CVPH, Plattsburgh.
She was born in Plattsburgh on Nov. 17, 1951, the daughter of James and Theresa (Irwin) Smith.
Sandra worked as a secretary for many years at Smith Auto Exchange and later finished her working career at Sugar Creek Stores. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog, "Bandit." Bingo was one of her favorite pastimes.
Survivors include her son, Thomas J. Blaise; long time companion, Stacy Spooner; brothers, James Smith Jr., John Smith and Roger Smith; grandchildren, Lawrence Coolidge, Jordan Coolidge, Nia Blaise and Thomas T. Blaise.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was predeceased by her husband, Thomas F. Blaise; brothers, Michael Smith, David Smith and Steven Smith.
Burial in Port Douglas Cemetery will be private.
Donations in memory of Sandra L. Blaise may be made to the Keeseville Fire Department.

To Jim and family,
