Robert L. "Bob" Sullivan, 76, of the Taylor Hill Road, Keeseville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Dec. 11, 2017.
Bob was born in Plattsburgh, July 25, 1941, to William Sullivan, Sr. and Betty (Lewis) McGee. Spending most of his life in Keeseville, he worked along side his brothers at Sullivan Brothers Wood Products, Inc. until his retirement.
Bob was a nature lover, choosing to work and spend much of his free time outdoors. He was an avid fisherman, bird watcher, and gardener who enjoyed the simplicity and solitude of the Adirondack Mountains.
Bob is survived by his siblings, Donald Sullivan of Keeseville, N.Y., Linda DeVivo of Schenectady, N.Y., Anne Sullivan of Pipersville, Pa., Kathy Sullivan of Nesconset, N.Y., Deborah Marsha of Keeseville, N.Y., Carolyn Sullivan of Key West, Fla., Jerry McGee of Port Kent, N.Y., Joan Sullivan of Key West, Fla., John Sullivan of Las Vegas, Nev., Sarah Murphy of Huntington, N.Y., and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, William Sullivan, Jr.
A celebration of his life will be held in the spring.
