My best friend. We hired onto the FAMs same day same place and were together all but two years of our career. We traveled the world together. He was one of the core people that created/expanded the current the Federal Air Marshal Program after 9-11. A wonderful boss, patriot, and with an abiding love of his family. It is gratifying to see some of the Orlando FAM names that have recognized his abilities and time in Orlando

There will be an empty part of my life without him. Although already expressed, my sincerest sympathy and affection goes out to his wife Mamie and his Children Robert, William and Brandie

First I want to say that I am very sorry for your loss and my loss as an old friend from our school days. Bob and I with two other classmates traveled to Albany for our military physicals. We partied much the night before our physicals! We were good friends!

LaChance family,,

I first met Bob at the Orlando field office and really enjoyed working for Him. He was a great person to work for and the best Boss I ever had throughout my 35 years of government service.
He was respected by all and a great human being.

He will be missed

My condolences to your family
