Patrick William
Patrick William "Pat" McGoldrick, 58, of Main Street, Champlain, died Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019, at the UVM Health Network, CVPH in Plattsburgh with his family by his side.
He was born in Plattsburgh, April 5, 1961, the son of John and Marjorie (Ryan) McGoldrick. Pat grew up in Rouses Point and graduated from Northeastern Clinton High School in 1981.
Pat worked most of his adult life at Walmart in the photo lab then he took on a new adventure with Securitas until he was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer.
He was a member of the Rouses Point Fire Department.
Pat enjoyed family gatherings, camping with friends, and caring for his cats.
Left to cherish the memory of Pat are, his brother, Brian (Kimberly) McGoldrick; a niece, Aleigha and her fiance, Joseph Brink; nephews, Joshuah and Jaycob McGoldrick; special aunt, Rita (George) Douglas; and many cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a nephew, Johnathan Clark McGoldrick; uncle and aunt, Maurice and Marie Bechard; cousin, Myles Bechard; and two special uncles, Larry Jarvis and Charles Peischl.
Relatives and friends are invited to call Monday, Sept. 30, 2019, from Noon to 1 p.m. at St. Patrick's Church in Rouses Point. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 1 p.m. Committal prayers and burial will follow in the parish cemetery. There will be a reception at the American Legion in Rouses Point, N.Y., after the burial; please come and join the family there.
Donations in his memory may be made to his brother Brian, to be allocated at his discretion.

I used to work at Wal-mart a long time ago when Pat was there. It is so hard to believe that he is gone. So very sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful guy.
