Patricia "Pat" Ishmael-Condon, 57, of State Route 22, Peru, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019, at the UVM Health Network, CVPH in Plattsburgh.
She was born in Pointe-a-Pierre, Trinidad, July 3, 1961, the daughter of Raffick and Hacinath (Abdul Aziz) Ishmael. Pat grew up in Marabella, Trinidad and graduated from Asja Girls College. She later graduated from Plattsburgh State University with a Accounting degree.
She met Tom on a trip to Barbados in the West Indies and subsequent got married, and they worked together with Tommy Condon Tours.
Pat loved to sing, listen to music and volunteer at St. Augustine's Church.
Left to cherish the memory of Pat are, her father, Raffick; brothers, Jack and Ronnie; sister, Chrissy; niece, Melissa; and aunt, Nice.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Haseeb and Imran; mother, Hasinath; husband, Thomas Condin; and uncle, Jules.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, May 18, 2019, at 10 a.m. at St. Augustine's Church in Peru with Rev. Alan D. Shnob, parish priest, celebrating. A celebration of her life will follow from 11 to 2 p.m. in the St. Augustine's Parish Center. Committal prayers and burial will follow at 3:30 p.m. at St. Bernard's Cemetery in Saranac Lake.
