We are truly saddened by Julies passing from the dreaded decrease. I met her back when I was stationed at Plattsburgh AFB. She will always be remembered by me as a beautiful friend. It had been near 40 years since we had talked. I found her again on Facebook. Such a great loss to everybody who knew her and loved her. I was one of them. Our condolences to her entire family. No more pain for you my dear friend. RIP lovely lady
