Dolores G. Sembly, 64, of Eddie Drive in Plattsburgh, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017 at her home. She was born in Harlingen, Texas on March 26, 1953, the daughter of the late Raul and Guadalupe (Garcia) Espindola.
Dolores graduated from a junior college in Washington State and worked for the U.S. Air Force for 16 years as a civilian employee. She was a member of the Plattsburgh Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed dancing, fishing, puzzles and shopping. She was a beloved mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Leonard Sembly; her daughters, Kathlyn Cadabona of Fairfield, Calif., Leticia Carr of Rantoul, Ill., Gabriel White of Las Vegas, Nev.; a son, Leonard D. Sembly of Plattsburgh; two brothers, Richard Espindola of California and Edward Espindola of New Jersey; one grandson, three granddaughters and three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no calling hours. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
