Connie L. Gagnon


Connie L. Gagnon, 67, of Rabideau Street, passed away, Wednesday, May 1, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Plattsburgh on July 24, 1951, the daughter of Wilber and Edith (Rivers) Stanton.
Connie graduated from Beekmantown Central School and then attended SUNY Canton where she received her Associate's Degree.
She retired from the Clinton County Clerk's Office and also from John Hancock.
Connie married Michael Gagnon on June 11, 1977, at St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville.
She was a caring and giving person who found joy in helping family and friends. Connie loved making everyone feel special especially by never forgetting to send a birthday or anniversary card to let you know she remembered you and your special day!
Some of her favorite pastimes were reading and traveling. Connie also loved spending time in Myrtle Beach where she enjoyed shopping and making many memories with those she loved.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Gagnon of Cadyville; son-in-law, Louis Trombley of Cadyville; sister, Pat LaPiere and husband Bob of Morrisonville; grandchildren, Savanna Rose Trombley, Michael Trombley, Lauryn Trombley and Gavin Trombley; five nieces and two nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents and a daughter, Kelli Trombley.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, May 8th from 12:45 to 1:30 p.m. at St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville. A funeral Mass will follow at 1:30.
Donations in her memory may be made to Hospice.

Mike - we are so sorry for the loss of Connie. She was such a wonderful person, never judging a sole. Our world was a better place with her in it but heaven will be even more wonderful that they gained another angel such as her. May she rest in peace and be united with Kelli, once again.
