Adrienne M. Devlin, 83, of 59 Hopkinton Turnpike, Au Sable Forks, N.Y., passed into the arms of our Lord on March 25, 2017.
Born Feb. 6, 1934, to the late James and Virginia (Slocum) Richmond of Schenectady, N.Y.
She enjoyed spending time riding motorcycles, reading, and being surrounded by family and friends. She was a postal carrier for over 26 years before retiring.
She was married to Francis C. Devlin on Sept. 10, 1966. She was predeceased by her husband on April 8, 1999.
She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Fournier (Larry Welch) of Lake Placid, son, Mark F. (JoAnna) of Jay, a granddaughter, Kayla Baldwin, and two great-granddaughters, Abbigail and Hailey; sister-in-law, Barbara (Gary) Nelson, brother-in-law, Mark J. (Donna) Devlin, both of Jay, N.Y., and several nieces and nephews.
Also special friends Barbara Place, Jane Deon, and Darlene Betters.
She was also predeceased by her brothers, Michael and Richard Richmond.
There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 19, held at Thwaits-Zaumetzer Funeral Home in Au Sable Forks, with burial to follow at Jay Central Cemetery. A reception will be held at Upper Jay Fire Department immediately after.
